Our Web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address of you as the user.
The only record of your email address that we have is the one that you give us in the "from" or "reply-to" field of your email when you send us email. Only aggregate information on what pages you as the user access or visit is recorded for very limited study. We keep a referrer log of what site linked to ours, i.e. search engine clicks. None of this information contains or links to user-specific information.
The aggregate information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. The Online Imaging portion of the site is configured to log search activity for security and billing reasons for Online Imaging subscribers. This information is kept strictly confidential and is not used for marketing or any other purpose except for security and in some cases billing.
With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.
We do not send out regular e-mails or maintain an e-mail list intended for marketing or other mass e-mail purposes.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
With respect to security: We use SSL certification to provide secure encrypted online sessions within the online imaging portion of our site.
